terms and

conditions

    • initial commitment: all memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment.

    • early termination: if you cancel before the 6-month period is complete, a one-time early termination fee (equal to one month’s membership rate) will be charged to your card on file.

    • month-to-month: following your initial 6 months, your membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month plan with no further penalty for cancellation.

    • how to cancel: you may manage your membership and initiate a cancellation directly through your online account portal. to avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be processed at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. if you are still within your initial 6-month commitment, the one-time early termination fee will be automatically applied upon cancellation.

    • auto-pay: membership fees are deducted monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date via an automatic credit card charge.

    • gift cards: while gift cards are great for products and add-on services, they cannot be used to pay for monthly membership dues or the purchase of a membership itself.

    • failed payments: if a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. if the account is not updated within 3 days, the membership will be terminated, and any applicable early termination fees will be applied.

    • no rollovers: facials must be used within the calendar month. unused services do not roll over to the next month and are forfeited if not used.

    • non-transferable: membership benefits are exclusive to the account holder and cannot be transferred to other guests.

    • exclusions: monthly treatments cannot be exchanged for gift cards, retail products, other service types, or gratuities.

    • discounts: membership-exclusive pricing and discounts cannot be combined with other flash sales, seasonal promotions, or external offers.

    • case-by-case exceptions: management reserves the right to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis; however, any exceptions made do not waive the enforcement of these terms in the future.

    • price adjustments: we reserve the right to adjust membership pricing with 60 days' notice.

    • no-show policy: standard cancellation/no-show policies still apply to membership appointments.

  • face first club is a membership-based community designed to support ongoing, intentional skin care. it serves as the umbrella for a collection of curated memberships, each created to meet different skin needs while removing the stress of constant re-booking and decision-making.

  • yes, there is a 6-month minimum commmitment required.

  • we encourage all members to book in advance. to keep our rates low, we do not offer "rollovers." if you don’t use your treatment by the end of your billing cycle, it will expire. this ensures we can keep our schedule open for all our active members.

  • you’ll have an option in the booking site to book your sessions, members receive priority booking and the ability to plan appointments months in advance, depending on the membership they’ve chosen.

  • we understand that life happens. you can cancel at any time. however, if you cancel before your 6-month commitment is met, a one-time early termination fee (equal to one month’s membership) will be applied.

  • your card will be charged automatically every month on the same date you originally signed up. this payment covers your included treatments for that specific billing cycle.

  • gift cards are perfect for grabbing your favorite skincare products or advanced treatments but they cannot be used toward the monthly membership fee. a valid credit card must be kept on file for your auto-pay.

  • memberships are non-transferable and are tied specifically to you. we’d love to meet your friends, though. ask us about our referral perks if you’d like to bring someone in.

  • your membership already gives you our best consistent pricing. because of this, membership discounts cannot be combined with other limited-time promotions or special offers.

  • if you know you’ll be away, we recommend booking your treatment early in the month or right before you leave. since we don't offer rollovers, we want to make sure you get your "me time" in!

  • we’ve made it easy! you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your member portal on our website. no need to call or send an email—just head to your account settings.
